Responsibilities: Responsible for tracking and reporting of facilities maintenance and improvement projects and tasks that span approximately 80 buildings. Attend meetings, record and distribute minutes, document and track action items. Collect data for entry into a service ticket systems, track completion of service tickets and provide status reports of service tickets. Coordinate and collaborate with various project and task stakeholders, from customers to division and command leadership. Track and perform project administration for multiple ongoing projects. Work closely and effectively with skilled laborers to produce high quality products. Identify risks and issues impacting successful completion of tasks. Develop and maintain schedules. Prepare and collaborate on progress reports for review with the government customers.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Experience: At least one (1) year of experience in a customer and business-oriented position. Experience in data management, project tracking, and managing tasking of varying size and scope. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of standard business practices. Excellent communication via phone, email, video conference, and in-person. Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and in writing.

Other: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance is required. An Active Secret Security Clearance is preferred.
