Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of products, ensuring high-quality and delicious baked goods for our customers. Responsibilities:

- Prepare and bake a wide range of baked goods, including bread, bagels, croissants, etc.

- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistent quality

- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters

- Monitor baking process to ensure products are baked to perfection

- Decorate and present baked goods in an appealing manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area

- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines

- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role in the food industry

- Knowledge of food production processes and techniques

- Ability to bake a variety of products from scratch

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately

- Excellent time management skills to meet production deadlines

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
