Dental Office in Waukegan is looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager in Waukegan, IL.

FFS office. No medicaid or hmo.

Base Salary with commission, Health insurance, Paid time off.

***Minimum 3 years of experience as an Dental Office Manager required.

No long hours. Work-life balance is important, Office closes at 5pm everyday.

Office Manager responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Ensure efficient and effective workflow within the office
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Supervise administrative staff and provide guidance and support
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and maintain office equipment and technology

Bilingual is a plus!

***Important: We are looking for a true office manager who has experience with leading a team, thorough knowledge about billing and insurances, knows how to effectively schedule, tracks their progress with metrics and has worked to achieve goals. This is not a simple front desk position.
