We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for leasing and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours for potential residents
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Prepare and process lease agreements
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs
- Maintain accurate records of prospective and current residents
- Assist with property maintenance requests
- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize revenue
- Address resident concerns and resolve conflicts in a professional manner

Requirements:
- Prior experience in property management or real estate administrative roles
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to secure leases
- Proficiency in office software applications for documentation and record-keeping
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with property maintenance processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of filing systems and data management

Pay: $16.23 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
