Job Description This is a full-time position working straight nights on a 2-2-3 pattern 5 pm – 5:06 am What You Get to Do Operate the equipment with consideration of the environment and the safety of everyone in mind. Assure that all jobs are run in accordance to all written specifications including manufacturing specs, customer specs, print specs, color folders, and standard operating procedures Make sure all materials including inks, stock, cylinders, gears, cores and aniloxes are ready for next job Able to navigate system to locate production details Ensure machine runs efficiently by directing assistant and make-readies to complete internal and external activities Inform Press Lead and Supervisor of exceptions Actively support and participate in Continuous Improvement efforts Training of new employees Cross-trained and qualified to operate all presses All other duties as assigned by supervisor or management What We Need from You Manufacturing Experience in Press Operation Good computer skills Ability to work with and interact effectively and professionally with co-workers in a team-environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good organizational skills Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
