Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Building/Office Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The Office Maintenance Assistant must have a strong understanding of commercial maintenance, pneumatic HVAC, electrical, day porter, painting, and plumbing knowledge.

Duties:
- Assist in routine maintenance on machinery and mechanical equipment
- Assist in troubleshooting and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime
- Assist in conducting electrical work including low voltage and high voltage systems
- Assist in maintaining pneumatic HVAC systems for optimal performance

- Complete daily inspections of properties and buildings including pick up of trash and debris in parking lots and perimeters of buildings.
- Maintain supplies and appearance of building including painting, appearance of lavatory facilities, and common areas

- Maintain excellent relationships with all tenants by providing quick responses in a professional manner.

Qualifications:
- Mechanical knowledge and experience in a maintenance role
- Familiarity with low voltage and high voltage systems
- Strong understanding of pneumatic HVAC systems and plumbing
- Painting experience
