**Overview:**

AMCE is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join their team as an assistant coordinator, with a working schedule set from Monday through Friday, encompassing 25-30 hours per week. This role demands a candidate who is not only dedicated and well-organized but also capable of working remotely with minimal supervision to ensure the seamless operation of office tasks. The selected individual will undergo in-person training initially, which will lay the groundwork for their subsequent remote working arrangement. Among the primary responsibilities, the office clerk will be tasked with sending medical assistants their schedules for upcoming shifts and ensuring confirmation of receipt via SMS, a critical step in maintaining operational efficiency. Moreover, the role involves the responsibility of sending clinic supplies, guaranteeing that all necessary materials are adequately stocked for daily operations. Post-clinic day responsibilities will also fall under the purview of this job, requiring a meticulous approach to wrap up each day’s activities. The position also offers the flexibility to take on additional duties, which will be determined at the discretion of management, allowing the individual to contribute to various aspects of the operation of the office.
