Millard Fillmore Surgery Center, LLC, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operating Room RN. Successful candidates will circulate (ability to scrub preferred) for surgical procedures and demonstrate competence while functioning as a member of the surgical team.

This position is Full Time. NO weekend or holidays.

Qualified Candidates must possess the following:

Must have a minimum of one year of OR experience in either a main OR or a multi-disciplinary surgery center.

Experience in all surgical specialties including - but not limited to - ENT, Orthopedics, Podiatry, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, and Ophthalmic procedures.

Performs surgical team functions under the direct supervision of the Nurse Manager and/or Medical Director.

Prepares and maintains supplies, instruments, equipment for all surgical procedures.

Performs specified functions to meet the requirements of each approved procedure.

Assesses patients prior to surgery

Assumes the responsibility of keeping the operating room sterilized

Follows principles of aseptic technique and prescribed operating/procedure room procedures

Positions and prepares patient on operating table.

Degree in Nursing and valid license is REQUIRED.

Pay: $33.50 - $39.83 per hour
