Help Desk Support Specialist I – Onsite, Aliso Viejo, CA

Shift: 8am-5pm pdt, M-F

The End User Computing Specialist II provides advanced technical support and guidance to end users, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of complex issues across various technology domains.

Essential Functions

• Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex technical issues related to endpoints, access management, voice services, printing, and enterprise applications.
• Coordinate with subject matter experts and vendors for escalated support cases.
• Conduct research and implement solutions to resolve recurring or systemic issues.
• Develop and maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for internal and end-user reference.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior End User Computing team members.
• Monitor and report on End Point Computing Team performance metrics.
• Assist with the implementation and testing of new technologies and processes.
• Promote best practices and adherence to ITIL service management principles.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of experience in a service desk or technical support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across various technology domains.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• CompTIA A , Network , or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with KACE Service Desk or similar ticketing systems.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
• Advanced knowledge of windows RSAT tools.
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft 365 Admin Center
