We are Hiring a B2B - HVAC Service Agreement Salesperson!

This position will present information to building and business owners for service agreements and service project work; prospecting, presenting, and closing service agreement sales.

The successful candidate will have a B2B service sales experience. Potential growth into commercial equipment sales.

Job Title : B2B Sales - HVAC Service Agreement Salesperson

Work Hours : Monday through Friday; 7 : 00am to 4 : 00pm, with occasional overtime

Pay Scale : $37,000 to $55,000 base Commission. Potential annual earnings up to $100K

What you will be doing :

• To present the company to potential commercial customers and to qualify opportunities
• Obtaining commercial service agreement sales that fit customers need, and that are competitive and profitable
• Accountable sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients

Qualifications :

• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Pass background check and drug screen
• 2 years of B2B sales experience
• Ability to analyze customer needs and develop appropriate key account plans
• Strong Sales aptitude
• Knowledge of HVAC industry is recommended but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience giving oral and written presentations to clients
• Strong Computer Skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Extremely organized & timely in tasks, calls & projects
• Time and activity management skills
• Ability to climb a ladder
