Qualifications/Requirements

· Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree

· 1 years of proven experience working in intake, legal and/or sales

· Previous experience in legal or administrative role preferred

· Experience in conducting interviews or client intake is preferred

· Capable of adhering to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a sense of empathy

· All-star communicator to all relevant parties in each personal injury case

Responsibilities

· Conduct intake interviews with potential clients to gather necessary information

· Send contracts and forms to potential and new clients

· Assist clients with completing required forms and documents

· Input client information into our document management system

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and records

· Provide administrative support such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing correspondence

· Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure smooth workflow and efficient case management

Pay: $36,850.00 - $42,000.00 per year
