We are seeking a Porter. This is a wonderful growth opportunity to learn and grow your skills in an Assisted Living building. You must be able to work among the elderly and as part of a team.

• Various Shifts Available
• AM, PM Overnight
• One Weekend Day a must

Responsibilities

Routine Porter Duties

• Trash: Picking up and disposing of trash
• Cleaning: Sweeping and mopping floors, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms
• Maintenance: Fixing minor technical issues, like changing bulbs
• Restoration: Power washing as needed outside areas
• Mowing lawns, trimming hedges, and maintaining landscaping to keep the grounds tidy and attractive.
• Clearing snow and ice from walkways and parking areas during winter months.
• Repairing or replacing outdoor furniture, fences, or signage as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
