Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Pharmacist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in clinical pharmacy, critical care, PICU, medical terminology, IV infusion, pediatrics, hospital medicine, ER, patient assessment, and medication administration.
Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret physicians' orders
- Dispense medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients
- Monitor patient medication therapy for effectiveness and adverse effects
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding pharmacy practices
Job Details :
Title : Pharmacist
Contract : 13 weeks (High Possibility of extension)
Shift available and schedule :
3pm-11:30pm - Wednesday - Saturday
5pm - 1:30am - Friday - Tuesday
11pm - 7:30am - Thursday - Monday
Guaranteed Hours/week : 40
Pay : $60/hr
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Active/Valid AZ Pharmacist License required
