• Direct, supervise, and train warehousesupervisors and associate in safety, quality, and shipping/receiving methods.
• Understand, maintain, and enforce FIFOthroughout all material / finished goods storage areas.
• Ensure customer shipping schedules and demandsare met and on-time as it relates to shipping / receiving.
• Perform timely and accurate SAP transactionsto facilitate shipping and receiving activities are performed and completedtimely and accurately.
• Ensure all processes are followed to assureincoming goods are received in the time allotted and are in usable condition.
• Ensure all ASN’s are complete and transmittedon time as required by the customer.
• Ensure monitoring and updates are made in thecustomer portal as required.
• Complete, maintain, and update requiredshipping/receiving documentation.
• Monitor material handling activities to ensureefficiency and improve the process.
• Ensure forklift inspection logs are maintainedand forklifts inspected at proper intervals.
• Inspect shipping and receiving goods to ensurepackaging requirements are maintained.
• Direct cycle count activities andreconciliation / root cause analysis
• Participate and take a lead role in physicalinventory activities.
• Suggests changes in material flow operationsto increase efficiency.
• Accountable for continuous improvement andcost savings initiatives.
• Works in conjunction with HR Manager andPC&L Manager to carry out managerial.
• Develop employees through training andgrowth opportunities. Ensure training of new employees, retraining of current(if required) and cross training to allow for a flexible team and opportunitiesfor advancement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’sdegree or equivalent experience.
• Atleast 5 years progressive logistics management experience in a high volume,fast paced, Lean Manufacturing environment.
• RawMaterials experience needed.
• 5 years of Management experience.
