Key Duties & Responsibilities:

As an LPN at Ambassador Healthcare, you will:

• Efficiently order prescribed medications, supplies, and equipment as required.
• Implement a customized care plan tailored to meet the unique needs of our residents.
• Perform assigned duties, which encompass wound care, treatments, and medical procedures.
• Meticulously document observations, interventions, and evaluations related to resident care.

Qualifications & Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

• A valid LPN license in the State of Florida.
• Preferred experience in Skilled Nursing.
