The Role at a Glance – Ambassador Auto Recon – Paintless Dent Repair Specialist

*****Bonus of up to $5,000.00 *****

(Half received at 6 months of employment, the remainder at 1 year employment)

We are excited to add a Paintless Dent Repair Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be a pivotal member of our team, responsible for restoring vehicles to their original condition by removing dents and dings without the need for traditional bodywork and painting. 

Your expertise and precision in paintless dent repair techniques will ensure high-quality results and customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent hand-eye coordination, patience, and a strong attention to detail.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits and the work is done in a light/temperature-controlled space dedicated for PDR’s (no working outside or in a tent).

Your earning potential is unlimited and uncapped based on commission: the harder you work, the more you can make.

What you'll be doing

• Inspect the vehicle for dent repairs as needed.
• Using paintless dent repair tools to remove dents and creases in body panels.
• Follow proper operating rules, procedures, and standardized work initiatives as assigned.
• Work on a variety of vehicle tasks for extended periods of time.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

Must-haves:

• 2 years of paintless dent repair experience.
• Proficiency in paintless dent repair techniques.
• Experience in repairing hail damage and other vehicle dents.
• Attention to detail and ability to restore vehicles to pre-damage conditions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to evolving situations
• A positive, can-do attitude with a desire to work in a team setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with co-workers.
• Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
• A quality-first mentality that takes pride in upholding Ambassador Auto Recon’s vehicle quality standards.
• Valid driver’s license and meet insurability standards.
