Your Day-to-Day
Train, mentor, and motivate a team of Benefits Representatives to meet production requirements for your defined region.
Responsible for talent development and success within a defined region.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the assigned market.
Coordinate with Territory District Leader to facilitate successful field marketing events and activities.
Partner with our in-house recruiting team to source, attract, interview, and select qualified candidates to join your AMBA team.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the assigned market.
Report on team sales activity as required.
Build a culture that thrives on high energy, competition, collaboration, and fun.
We Encourage You to Apply If You Have
3 years of sales management experience. Ideal candidates have insurance sales experience and have demonstrated success in that role.

Perks & Comp
The base salary range is $85k to $100K, depending on sales experience and past achievements in sales roles.
Comprehensive benefits package including life and health insurance and 401K plus matching contribution.
Monthly Incentives: Additional bonuses based on team production and developing new agents.
Annual Incentive: Performance-based, ranges from a target bonus of $40k and ranges as high as $100k.
Sales managers are expected to support their team of agents to meet production goals and are not individual producers. However, sales managers can sell Fixed Indexed Annuities and are incrementally bonused on that production.
Earn VIP trips to places like New York; Maui; Adare, Ireland; Canada; New Zealand, Scotland, and Mexico.
