The International Seller Growth organization develops solutions, including the software platform and applications that drive demand generation, customer acquisition, seller integration, customer relationship management, and order management functions necessary for sellers worldwide to manage their business online at Amazon.
We are seeking a dynamic, entrepreneurial product manager who is passionate about bringing the power of Generative AI to tens of thousands of Sellers as they sell on Amazon. If you enjoy leading technical product innovation, partnering with Science, Engineering, UX, and other product and business teams across the organization and Amazon, to build key strategic products and platforms leveraging Generative AI to fuel the growth journey of Sellers on Amazon, join our team!
You will be the voice of the customer and responsible for driving a product roadmap that enables Amazon to build customer-obsessed co-pilots that enable the most seamless and frictionless seller journeys. You will have the responsibility of inventing on behalf of our customers and advocating for their needs throughout design, build, and launch. This position has a high level of visibility: you will need to be able to communicate clearly and compellingly across levels and organizations. Additionally, you will be responsible for measuring business impact by diving deep into metrics and customer inputs. You are responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open and collaborative peer environment. You have global perspective and experience leveraging diverse market and customer needs, educating the core technical, product and business teams with this knowledge.
Key job responsibilities
* Be a key contributor to the ISS product roadmap and technical vision
* Identify, track and resolve internal and external challenges and roadblocks of all kinds
* Present well-reasoned and data-driven solution proposals in both verbal and written form to gain support for and prioritize your recommendations and deliver results
* Communicate clearly and concisely with executives, business and technology teams
* Work closely with Managers and Developers to deliver results frugally and effectively
About the team
About International Seller Services:
Our mission in International Seller Services (ISS) is to provide technology solutions for improving the seller and customer experience, drive seller compliance, maximize seller success, and improve internal workforce productivity. Within ISS, there are two primary groups that are supported in the US: International Seller Growth (ISG) & USGS (US Global Selling). ISG’s main focus is to build products that are scalable across different regions of the world, while working in partnership with ISS regional stakeholders and multiple partner teams across Amazon. USGS’s main focus is on facilitating contracts with 3rd party sellers that primarily sell their products in the US on Amazon.com to expand their selling reach internationally.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA and/or relevant advanced degree
- Proven experience in owning/driving the vision and roadmap strategy for technical products or online services
- Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally with teams and stakeholders
- Experience with Agile development
- Demonstrated written and oral communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Ecommerce
- A solid track record of project delivery for large, cross-functional projects
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $121,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
