BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- 4 years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

A critical component of our charter is to support advertisers in building their brand through our suite of self-service advertising products. In this role, you'll immerse yourself in the advertiser journey, creating and implementing a marketing strategy that inspires them to establish a strong brand presence on Amazon. To this end, you'll collaborate closely with key stakeholders to grasp core business goals and success metrics, tailoring a strategic marketing plan accordingly. With a passion for innovation, you'll strive to deliver an inspiring customer journey that extends beyond driving sales. By leveraging quantitative and qualitative inputs, you'll enhance the customer experience while balancing data-driven insights with innovative thinking. To excel in this role, you'll prioritize the customer, work closely with internal stakeholders, and relentlessly focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
- Create/own campaign and content strategy calendar/plan that supports business objectives/goals and channel strategy, including channel strategy, testing plan, prioritization of initiatives
- Define targeting strategy based on identification of business objectives/goal
- Audit existing content and identify gaps in content assets
- Optimize marketing strategy (i.e. comparing results to benchmarks and looking for opportunities to optimize targeting, messaging and/or format/asset type)
- Own analysis of campaign performance including marketing insights
- Owns development marketing strategy and drives alignment with stakeholders on execution timeline

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
