The ACCS Marketing team is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Sr. Marketing Manager. This role is responsible for driving adoption and retention of our products and features by developing optimized customer lifecycle communication through various online channels. As a Sr. Marketing Manager, you will formulate customers lifecycle communication strategy and roadmap, define new metrics and targeting logic, automate targeting and communication, manage end-to-end email marketing, analyze results, synthesize learnings, make decisions and prioritize future roadmap using a data-driven approach. You also will have high visibility to senior leaders across functions and businesses worldwide. You will work cross-functionally to drive product adoption by communicating effectively with stakeholders in different teams and job categories; Product, Design, Business Intelligence, Sales, Finance, Legal and so on. This requires deep understanding of customers, business, products, levers for success, ability to deliver results, and skills to handle conflicting priorities.

Key job responsibilities
• Formulate customer lifecycle communication strategy for online marketing channels.
• Align strategy with business leaders.
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for lifecycle communication for email and other online channels.
• Develop new metrics and targeting logic, and implement automated process for customer targeting.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data for insights.
• Create, configure and launch email campaigns using marketing automation tools.
• Document plan, performances and test results.
• Drive marketing operation improvements with automation, standardization and collaboration with stakeholders.

• Planned, developed, and executed email and channel marketing campaigns with a focus on the scalability and automation.
• Ability to measure effectiveness of online marketing campaigns and improve iteratively.

• Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
• Superior influencing skills to deliver cross-functional projects.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Ability to identify global stakeholder needs, align on priorities and implement.

- 8 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
