The Sr Brand Social Mgr role on the team is an important Emerging Audience growth position within the Brand & Editorial Social team. This role will lead the social strategy, audience growth, communications and scheduling of social content across for our fast-growing Emerging Audience handles, including Culture Rated and Primero Latino. The role will collaborate closely with our internal content partners across PV to deliver:
-- relevant / key original Amazon Studios title content, in close partnership with Studios social leads.
-- important key Hub campaign activity, including social strategy for TVOD, Channels and Library for distribution across the Emerging Audience handles.
-- highly acquisitive, high-growth audiences to our global social eco-system and engaging new and existing customers across our social platforms with bar-raising creative.
Key job responsibilities
This Sr Brand social role is responsible for leading the overall social, creative and operational strategy and audience growth for our Emerging Audiences handles. They will be:
-- strong collaborators and communicators, with an ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver the best social creative for our customers
-- excellent social marketers, ideally with social platform expertise with an understanding of what drives viral social creative for our customers. Have a good understanding of how social and culture connect and how to capture on our handles.
-- able to understand and articulate key data and analytics to drive durable learnings and strong social campaign management.
-- passionate content advocates (originals, TVOD, Channels, Library) able to develop social strategies to drive engagement for all our brands, audiences and titles.

- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience with Social platforms and creating social-first marketing.
- Experience in marketing or marketing research
- Experience in audience segmentation and targeting

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
