DESCRIPTION
Amazon’s Global Supply Chain (GSC) team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help us shape the future of Amazon's inbound network, enabling a synchronized inventory flow, transportation, storage and fulfillment network, and the capacity and capabilities designed to facilitate them all.
This Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the supply chain management of Amazon Bulk Services, by ideating, testing, scaling, and overseeing various inventory flows to deliver the maximum volume entitlement at favorable costs to the network. He/she will develop a deep understanding of Amazon's inbound space, partner with business owners to achieve objectives and meet customer needs, and develop reporting/KPIs to ensure operational excellence.
Key job responsibilities
- Defining and implementing network flows to increase eligible volume for bulk fulfillment
- Translating business requirements into clearly defined product requirements
- Deliver crisp working backward documents outlining solutions and novel product ideas to create buy-in across inbound organization
- Provide updates and performance metrics in business reviews
- Managing prioritization and trade-offs to ensure delivery; anticipating and resolving issues quickly that impair the ability to deliver
About the team
Supply Chain Innovation (SCI) identify, evaluate, and lead Inbound Supply Chain initiatives, and scale them to improve end-to-end cost, speed, and network resiliency. For initiatives with high impact and broad scope with no clear line of ownership, we provide leadership to develop, trial, and scale solutions to full network implementation

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
