If this sounds like you, the North America Stores Marketing is hiring a Sr. Marketing Manager to lead our vendor-funding marketing programs. We are looking for an entrepreneurial and strategic individual to drive forward-thinking marketing solutions that delight customers and help our vendors grow on Amazon. This includes developing strategy, executing marketing campaigns, and managing marketing relationships with vendors.
The Sr. Marketing Manager’s primary responsibilities will include:
• Owning strategy and managing marketing for key vendors in assigned categories, overseeing marketing spend and promotional activities.
• Leading end-to-end planning, implementation, and analysis of vendor-funded marketing campaigns.
• Serving as the voice of the vendor and voice of the customer during Amazon events
• Fulfilling vendor requests via intake processes and reporting
• Managing internal partnerships inclusive of CX feature enhancements and new product features
• Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing recommendations to senior leadership, securing alignment on category-level initiatives and reporting on performance metrics.
The ideal candidate will embody and inspire a positive, high-energy, results-oriented culture in her/his team. She/he will know how to manage multiple milestones and shifting requirements in a fluid, fast-moving environment. She/he will have strong communication skills to lead executive interactions and to influence a broad set of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- 6 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience using any of SQL or other analytical tools for conducting data analysis
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
- MBA

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $114,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
