DESCRIPTION

In this role, you will drive solutions that require technology, process and operations to achieve world-class quality ground truth for AI models. The projects will have high degrees of ambiguity, will require diving deep in to tech and process, challenge status quo, and drive to generate long-term sustainable solutions.
Key job responsibilities
- You will be responsible for diving deep into technical systems, understanding them well and staying connected to the details.
- You will be responsible for delivering results despite working in an ambiguous environment.
- You will need a strong bias for action and be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- You will define strategy and build and execute road maps for the programs you own.
- You will be responsible for overall coordination, quality and productivity and will be the primary point of contact for world-wide stakeholders of programs that you run.
- You will work across a broad group of stakeholders, both internal to the AGI Data Services org and more broadly.
- Throughout, you will internalize Amazon’s Leadership Principles, and live those into everyday practices to guide your programs to success.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 10 years of engineering experience
- 7 years of technical product or program management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 8 years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience working with machine learning and generative AI projects

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $141,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
