Primary Responsibilities

Support marketing leads on launch related tasks, data entry, and tracking

Support Marketing leads with marketing copy creation

Managing Audio Engineer’s requests and timings

Draft creative briefs for key art, social assets, and any other content creation relative to show marketing

Review creative for quality and ensure creative aligns with Wondery’s standards.

Create and manage weekly schedules for internal promotion of various podcast

Review performance data and analytics to update post launch debriefs

Review performance data and analytics to discover problems, inefficiencies or success with our media.

Coordinating with content team to ensure timely delivery of assets:

• Episode files
• Metadata
• Promo audio
• Scripts

Basic Qualifications

• 1 years of professional non-internship business, sales, or marketing experience.
• Bachelor's Degree
• Love for the podcast medium.
• An open mind and willingness to learn.
• Curious by nature.
• Organizational and Project Management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills including the ability to persuasively present insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Extremely proficient, power user of Excel
• Extremely proficient, power user of PowerPoint

Contract Length: 6 Months (cover)

Location: Culver City (Hybrid)

Pay Range: $20 -$25 per hour
