Amazon is Hiring a Global Product Family Lead - Climate Pledge Friendly, Climate Pledge Friendly Near Seattle, WA

Climate Pledge Friendly helps customers discover and shop for more sustainable products. We partner with trusted sustainability certifications to highlight products that meet strict standards and help preserve the natural world. By shifting customer demand towards more sustainable products, we incentivize selling partners to build better selection, yielding significant environmental benefit at scale.

The Climate Pledge Friendly (CPF) team is seeking a Global Product Family Lead to define strategy and accelerate program adoption within their product family, working across organizations to grow program adoption. You will be an expert in your vertical, building long-term strategies and empowering others to execute against your roadmap, bringing sustainable selection vetted by the world’s most credible ecolabels to Amazon. You will influence internally and externally, motivating senior leaders to invest in the program, and foster strategic partnerships with industry leaders from the world’s most influential organizations. You define global strategy, and have global impact by driving certifiers, selling partners, and industry bodies to innovative, building future product lines that meet our ever-increasing bar for environmental impact.
Key job responsibilities
- Define long-term strategy and roadmap for your vertical, define key performance indicators, and mobilize internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Lead as the global expert for environmental certifications and standards in your vertical. You deepen partnerships with the world's most credible and influential ecolabels to set and raise standards.
- Influence selling partners to innovate, pushing them to meet our bar for environmental impact. You lead internal teams to accelerate adoption, influencing executives across selling partners and ecolabels to shape the industry.
- Own evangelization and education for the program both internally and externally, working with senior leaders across categories to establish shared goals and growth plans.
- Ensure achievement of shared goals by influencing global leaders and teams. You facilitate effective internal communication, and drive participation across global stakeholder groups in support of your vision.
- You integrate CPF as a standard offering across all Amazon business units, enabling partner teams across Retail, 3P, Business, and Advertising to independently promote CPF on your behalf.
- Inform the development of technology, automation, and processes owned by CPF Core, delivering effective PRFAQs and BRDs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Strong Amazon writing skills (OP1, QBR, MBR, PRFAQs, BRDs)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Master's degree or equivalent
- 7 years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
- Advanced data handling skills (Excel, SQL, etc.)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $110,700/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
