Five Point Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP). As a Delivery Associate, you will be delivering 250 - 300 packages a day with company provided vans. We’re looking for team players who are reliable, enthusiastic, and effective communicators with a strong desire to grow within the company.

Pay, Benefits, and Scheduling

• $19.75 - $21.00 per hour (paid bi-weekly)
• Performance bonuses can be earned weekly
• Full-time and part-time available shifts (part-time is only available if weekend schedules are preferred)
• 8 - 10 hour scheduled work shifts

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time.
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles.
• Follow all local and state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Ability to perform in stressful environments (e.g., fast paced and metric based) and conditions (e.g., driving in all weather conditions).
• Keep pace in a physically demanding job; load and unload packages (up to 50 lbs.) and get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
• Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed on time and with quality.
• Use company provided smart phone device for navigating GPS, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements (such as clocking in/out), and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes.

Requirements (must be met in order to apply)

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to provide proof of authorization to work in the United States (two forms of identification).
• Must pass a background check (company paid for).
• Must pass drug screening (company paid for).
• Must have reliable transportation to and from Five Points Logistics station (address included in Additional Details section).
• Must be willing to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday).
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
