Starting pay at $18!

Earn a $1/hr bonus for attendance and safety up to $19/hr from day 1 driving, and if you are a safe driver, are effective and efficient and a team player, we will also pay you for a full 10 hour day regardless of how many hours you work!!

Overtime offered weekly at $27/hr for any hours over 40 for the week

· You Do not need Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience, it is a plus but not mandatory
· No Commercial Driver License Required

Benefits & Scheduling:
· $18 per hour starting pay (paid weekly)
· Opportunity for performance incentives and bonuses, you can Earn a $1/hr bonus for attendance and safety up to $19/hr from day 1 driving, and if you are a safe driver, are effective and efficient and a team player, we will also pay you for a full 10 hour day regardless of how many hours you work!! · Shifts run 10 hours per day and are available 7 days per week. Start time is 10:15am!
· 4-day work week for Full time, 3-day work week for Part time
· A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

· $5,000 per year paid for educational programs or skill set improvement!
· Paid time off begins accruing immediately at start of employment

• Key Duties & Responsibilities:*
• · Successfully handle and deliver packages on time *
• · Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle; follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and company policies*
• · Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions*
• · Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs); get in and out of a van up to 200 times throughout the day at variable locations *
• · Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed*
• · Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members*
• · Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle*
• · Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes *

• Requirements:*
• · Must be at least 21 years old*
• · Must have held state driver’s license for at least 4 years *
• · Authorized to work in the United States*
• · Must pass a Drug Screening*
• · Must have a clean motor vehicle report. (Multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)*
• · Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills*
