• 10 years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience

Amazon Business seeks a Principal Finance to lead the Amazon Business Services initiative which will allow AB to reach its potential by supporting large enterprise customers. The AB Services team was established in Q2’22 as a key enabler of turnkey solutions that reduce their costs, improve their operational efficiency, and free up their bandwidth to focus on their core business. The role will support all workstream aspects of Services including P&L creation, Pricing set up and Fulfillment management. The role requires close partnership across 3 organizations. In addition, this role will lead the Pricing strategic programs that are specific to AB including evaluation of return on investment. The successful candidate will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key job responsibilities

• Develop the framework for new Services options and support the development of pricing framework
• Analyze and recommend business actions to maximize value creation
• Collect, analyze and manage quantitative data and create meaningful reports to drive business growth and improvement
• Manage competing priorities & providing level-headed guidance during unexpected events

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $111,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $207,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
