Amazon.com is Hiring a Principal Brand Strategist , Amazon Employer Brand Near Nashville, TN

  • 9 years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience driving direction and alignment with cross-functional teams
This role will work closely with the EB leaders across Amazon and will be responsible for researching, defining, implementing and maintaining governance for a Pan-Amazon Employer Brand Strategy. This person will provide Line LoB EB teams with the necessary guidance and resources to align local content and campaigns to the overarching brand standards.
Key job responsibilities
  • Drive awareness and adoption of our employer brand messaging internally to provide more consistency and clarity to our brand externally.
  • Execute brand health and employer brand research focused on global brand and market segmentation that will inform each year’s marketing strategy.
  • Extend the employer brand messaging framework across the candidate and employee lifecycle to create and reinforce an authentic and consistent narrative about working at Amazon.
  • Produce and execute a communications strategy for all relevant recruiting teams.
  • Develop an employer brand strategy which includes brand quality and consistency measures, hiring and onboarding best practices, and a training and communication plan for launching new materials.
  • Set up mechanisms to create employee advocacy and leverage employee ambassadors on diversity through thought leadership and active collaboration.

The role will serve as the lead strategist for a newly formed pan-Amazon Central Employer Brand team.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with partner teams to drive adoption and usage of brand assets and messaging
  • Experience in strategic marketing management and market analysis and demonstrated ability to build and execute a strategy with clear goals and objectives to align to business and service objectives, and support portfolio objectives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $113,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $211,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
