Responsibilities

COVID-19 considerations:Temperature checks for staff and guests; Guests answer 3 wellness questions upon booking and arrival at studio; Masks and gloves are required for all employees and masks for every guest. Additional time allotted for social distancing and sanitation.

Studio Director/Business Manager Responsibilities:

• Act as operations manager to oversee and manage all aspects of Amazing Lash Studio� location operations
• Ensure a high level of service and execution of organizational standards
• Act as main sales manager and sales trainer by identifying training needs and providing ongoing training, coaching, and role-playing opportunities to the team as needed
• Sales management duties include management and motivation to set, achieve and exceed personal, team and individual sales/retail goals.
• Assist Franchisee in interpreting performance indicator data, setting and achieving studio membership, retention, and marketing goals
• Consistently creates a friendly, professional, and impeccably clean environment for guests
• Demonstrates desired behavior for staff including focus on membership sales, customer service, cash management, retail sales, member retention, staff interaction, and timely follow-up with guests.

• Provides strong leadership / management presence while implementing problem solving skills

• Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards

• Coaches and trains sales associates and esthetician/cosmetologist staff on customer service and the sales/operations process

• Manages staff schedules and Inventory management

Studio Director Qualifications:

� Experience in management including but not limited to experience as a sales manager, operations manager, or general manager

• Experience in managing a team of 8-15 employees (scheduling, on-going training, incentive plans, setting goals, accountability procedures etc.)

� Has excellent leadership, general manager, and sales manager skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations runs smoothly.

� Implement structure, policies, and procedures � Customer Service oriented

� Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate

� Strong verbal and written communications skills

� Possess strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence to both internal personnel and customers

� Must be an excellent organizer and problem solver with strong project management skills

� Must be able to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays

� Competent trainer and motivator � Millennium Salon Software experience a plus

� Experience in beauty, luxury brands and fashion industry a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
