Lash Consultant

Hiring for a retail sales associate/customer service representative in the beauty industry. Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour

Principle Duties for a Lash Consultant/Front Desk Staff:

• Answering phone calls, booking client reservations, and enthusiastically greeting guests

• Maintaining professionalism and courtesy at all times in the studio

• Assisting in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance and data entry of guest records and surveys

• Desire to learn and adapt to the membership selling process

• Promoting and selling Amazing Lash Membership and retail products to guests

• Making sure the cleanliness of the studio is maintained and impeccable at all times

• Being confident and comfortable in selling memberships to clients, we expect 40% or higher in percentage for closing membership sales

• Maintaining fluid operations at the front desk so it runs smoothly for co workers, and guests

Experience Required for Lash Consultants:

• Sales and customer service experience in the service/retail industry.

-Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

-Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

• Ability to communicate effectively with all guests, studio management and fellow associates

• Must be customer service oriented and able to utilize effective communication with all guests, studio management, and fellow associates

• Must be able to work flexible hours including days/nights, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
