```Duties``` - Assist in providing direct care and support to individuals in a behavioral health setting - Administer medication to individuals as prescribed - Implement crisis intervention techniques when necessary - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files and documentation - Manage conflicts and challenging behaviors in a professional and compassionate manner - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement behavior management plans - Provide first aid and emergency response as needed ```Requirements``` - Possess a certificate or relevant training in behavioral health or a related field - Experience in medication administration and crisis intervention preferred - Knowledge of behavioral health principles and techniques - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to effectively manage conflicts and challenging behaviors - Familiarity with behavior management strategies - First aid certification is required - Ability to handle inhalation emergencies This position requires a compassionate individual who is dedicated to providing quality care and support to individuals in a behavioral health setting.
