For over 20 years, Amazing Care Pediatric Home Health has been dedicated to providing exceptional speech therapy to children across Texas. We are currently seeking a Pediatric Speech Therapists to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. If you are passionate about pediatric care and looking to make a meaningful impact, we want to hear from you!
Compensation:
- Full-Time: $91,000 to $145,600 annually (25-35 visits per week)
- Part-Time: $37,000 to $83,000 annually (10-20 visits per week)
Pediatric Speech Therapist Job Qualifications:
- Develops skilled and high-quality care plans that meet the needs of the patient and family by performing evaluations and interpreting assessment results
- Creating and implementing speech therapy treatment plans in collaboration with the physician.
- Assists pediatric and young adult patients to develop or regain cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing and/or social/emotional functioning and improves their level of independence.
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as an Speech Therapist preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and above-average organizational skills.
- Excellent documentation skills with good understanding of basic home health agency regulations and requirements.
- Solid grasp on electronic medical record documenting.
