Amazing Care Home Health Services is currently hiring a part-time/full-time/per diem Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team.

Overview : We are looking for coverage in the Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Lone Tree, Aurora, Parker,Centennial, Castlerock and surrounding areas.

Job Qualifications:

• A current Colorado Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a physical therapist preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and above-average organizational skills.
• Excellent documentation skills with good understanding of basic home health agency regulations and requirements.
• Solid grasp of computer usage with prior experience using an electronic medical Contact

Pay: Up to $80 per Visit and Potential for minimum guarantee if qualifies**
