Amazing Care Home Health Services is Hiring an OT Occupational Therapist Home Healthcare Near Parker, CO

Location: Parker, and surrounding areas
With a Pay Range of $70.00 - $85.00 Per Visit, you could make:
- $91,000 to $154,000 annually for full-time (25-35 visits per week)
- $37,000-$88,000 for Part Time (10-20 visits per week)
- Full Time - $2000.00. Paid after 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 30 hours a week in the prior 90 days.
- Part Time - $1000.00. Paid after 90 days of employment. Must have worked an average of 20 hours a week in the prior 90 days.
- Create and implement skilled care plans based on evaluations and assessment results in collaboration with physicians.
- Support pediatric and/or adult patients in physical, neurological, cognitive, sensory, feeding, daily living activities, and development to enhance independence.
- Must hold a current Colorado Occupational Therapist License in good standing.
- Preferably, at least one year of recent experience as an Occupational Therapist.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent documentation skills with knowledge of home health agency regulations.
- Proficient in electronic medical record keeping.
