What You'll Be Doing

As an HR Coordinator you will:

  • Coordinate and facilitate virtual onboarding sessions for new hires, ensuring a smooth and engaging orientation process.
  • Provide a warm welcome to our new team members, offering an introduction to Amazing Care Home Health's culture, values, and mission of providing quality and compassionate care.
  • Guide new employees through the necessary e-paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a comprehensive onboarding experience, including training schedules and introductions to key team members.
  • Act as a point of contact for new hires, addressing any questions or concerns they may have during their onboarding journey.
