Job Overview:

Our dental office is seeking a Treatment Coordinator who is eager to join our team. As Treatment Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your primary responsibilities will be coordinating patient treatment plans, providing administrative support, and supporting front desk staff operations.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients warmly and efficiently when they arrive for their appointments

- Work closely with patients to coordinate their treatment plans, including scheduling follow-up appointments and referrals

- Provide essential administrative support to the dental office by managing patient records and office supplies

- Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries in a courteous and professional manner

- Schedule and confirm patient appointments

- Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure seamless patient flow

- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes

- Uphold patient confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

- 2-5 years of experience working in a dental office or similar healthcare environment is required

- Proficiency in DENTRIX is required.

- Possess strong administrative skills, including data entry, record keeping, and file management

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is required

- Familiarity with insurance verification and billing processes is preferred
