Responsibilities
- Product Strategy & Vision:
- Craft compelling product roadmaps that align with business objectives and market trends
- Lead the development and integration of innovative server systems products and solutions
- Leverage your technical expertise to translate customer needs, industry trends, and vendor offerings into actionable product requirements for cloud and data center solutions
- Market & Customer Insights:
- Conduct thorough market research, analyze customer feedback, and stay abreast of competitive advancements to identify new product opportunities and guide product enhancements
- Partner closely with internal teams to transform customer needs and market insights into well-defined product concepts and specifications
- Product Execution & Delivery:
- Lead the entire product development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality standards, and customer satisfaction throughout the process
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement and optimization
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop effective go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and collateral materials that drive product adoption and success
- Deliver engaging product training and presentations for internal teams, sales forces, and customers
- Industry Leadership:
- Forge strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry thought leaders to gain a deep understanding of their needs and challenges and gather valuable feedback to fuel product innovation
- Stay at the forefront of AI technology advancements, industry best practices, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge for AMAX's solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field. Relevant graduate degree a plus
- 5 years of hands-on experience in system/server architecture
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing systems products throughout their lifecycles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with and influence internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a customer-centric and growth-oriented mindset
- Adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously
