What will you be doing?
  • Product Inspection & Testing.
  • Identify defects and take corrective action to solve the problem.
  • Provide feedback on quality issues.
  • Audit various processes to ensure quality procedures are established, documented, and followed.
  • Verify procedures are producing desired results.
  • Provide feedback on operational and design issues.
  • Report Quality and Test Results Track, report and identify trends regarding workmanship issues.
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports.
  • Track and investigate problems on products reported from outside of manufacturing.
  • Identify and request potential drawing improvements.
  • Calibrate, test, and maintain production and test-associated equipment.
Requirements:
  • 1 years' experience testing mechanical and electronic components.
  • Experience with AC & DC, analog and digital components.
  • Experience assembling, soldering, wiring, and repairing electronic components, sub-assemblies, and finished goods is highly preferred.
  • Read and interpret drawings, follow workflow, use fundamental math, use testing equipment, test software, fixtures, gauges, and measuring tools to check products and components according to specifications.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills, with good oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Evaluate, analyze, test, and troubleshoot a production issue. Correct quality issues when discovered.
  • Must have above-average interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment to answer any quality-related questions.
  • Must be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously and easily adapt to changing situations.
  • Dependable - arrive at 6:00 a.m. and be ready for the day.
  • Minimum or High School diploma or equivalent. A year associate degree in electronics, mechanical, or similar technical discipline is preferred.
