• Assemble equipment, and then test it yourself for proper function.
• Inspect product for defects (scratches, dents, etc.)
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve them.
• Apply expert assembly techniques – have your work be model for others.
• Calibrate and maintain equipment at your workstation.
• Work safely in an organized manner.

• 4 years of assembly or equivalent mechanical experience.
• Natural ability to tinker and fix things.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Understand and apply hand and power tools appropriately.
• Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, tube benders, etc.)
• Adapt well to change.
• A “can-do” attitude - show the ability to solve problems and learn new skills.
• Dependable- arrive at 6am and be ready for the day.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• All Employees work Day Shift (we want everyone to have work-life balance!)
• 44 hour work week (6 AM – 3:30 PM Monday - Thursday, 6 AM – 2:30 PM Fridays)
• Optional overtime Saturdays 6 AM – 10 AM (for those that want it!)
