Amatrol is Hiring an IT Manager (FT) Near Utica, IN

We (Amatrol) are looking for an IT “working ” manger to both lead and participate in applying technology at our family friendly company. Our products really do change people’s lives. We need you to help us leverage technology in our blended manufacturing and office environments to make that happen more effectively. You’ll work with a small team that has a large impact in our business.

Work you'll do:

Leverage technology to advance systems and business processes – identify, analyze, and solve business problems – across all of our platforms including an ERP (INFOR, similar to SAP, Oracle, etc.) and other related applications. Key software you’ll use:
- MySQL Databases
- Node-Red
- IBM Hardware Power 9 Series
- .Net Framework
- MS Visual Studio
- Internal Web Application Development
- Node.JS
Keep the lights on – manage and maintain our technical environments.
Supervise an excellent IT staff and grow skill sets.
Engage in primary development work as needed to solve problems and create systems solutions.
Drive and manage multiple projects.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science related field or equivalent experience. (Required)
Minimum 7 years’ experience, 2 years in management. (Required)
MySQL databases and .Net Framework Programming 3 Years’ Experience (Required)
Good project management skills.
Good team building and communication skills.
Helpful knowledge includes use / support of an ERP system, familiarity with IBM Power9 hardware and operating systems.
