Amatrol is Hiring a CNC Operator Near Jeffersonville, IN

Is it time for a job upgrade? Amatrol is looking for a CNC operator to join our team. This position will be responsible for operating a CNC lathe and CNC milling.

What you'll be doing:

  • Produce products and components to specifications using CNC machines.
  • Select appropriate tools and materials used in production per setup instruction.
  • Monitor machine performance during the machining process.
  • Identify component defects and take corrective action to solve the problem.
  • Maintain and clean machines.

What do you need to be considered for the job?

  • 1 year CNC training or work experience.
  • Knowledge in the fundamentals of machining.
  • Ability to read blueprints and other product specification documents in English.
  • Ability to problem solve. Must be an organized, self- motivator that can work independently.
  • Dependable - arrive at 6:00 am and be ready for the day.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
