Job Duties:

• Provide quality customer service and work toward the generation, promotion and maintenance of a quality work environment for the staff of Amarillo National Bank.
• Maintain a positive attitude and provide team support.
• Provide telephone customer service as well as expert internet banking guidance for customers and training for coworkers.
• Provide support to management; work continually to improve department.
• Answer calls assisting customers and employees with problems or questions concerning accounts, loans and bank services.
• Answer calls from the public and promote bank services.

Qualifications

A high school education is required. Previous bookkeeping experience preferred. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a professional attitude towards customers and co-workers. Must be able to maintain a positive attitude, provide team supports, and assist customers. Ability to make quick decisions is a must.
