• Must be able to obtain both Property & Casualty and Life & Health Licenses
• Dedicated to customer service
• Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
• Excellent communication skills – Written, Verbal and Auditory to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members
• Detail-Oriented Mindset
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Self-Motivated
• Experience in various computer applications, particularly Windows.

Responsibilities: We encourage each team member to bring their authentic skills and insights to work each day helping our customers.

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Offices Located in: Russellville, KY
Compensation: $45,000-$60,000 Per Year
Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system. With our profitable and thriving market and business model, team development, and intentional hiring process, we are confident that you will be successful in achieving high-earning compensation amounts.

Outside of work I have my amazing husband, who also works with State Farm, three teenage daughters, and an office dog!
