Responsibilities:
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations of the store
- Learn and develop skills in areas such as sales, customer service, and inventory control
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist in managing store staff, including training, scheduling, and supervising employees
- Assist in maintaining store appearance and cleanliness
- Learn and implement store policies and procedures
- Assist in achieving sales targets and goals
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Assist in conducting employee orientation and training programs
Requirements:
- Strong negotiation skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Administrative skills to assist with store operations and paperwork
- Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer calls and inquiries
- Knowledge of inventory control practices to assist with managing stock levels
- Ability to supervise and lead a team of employees effectively
- Bilingual proficiency (if applicable) to assist with serving diverse customer base
- Experience or knowledge in wireless sales (preferred but not required)
- Understanding of retail math concepts for sales analysis and reporting
- Willingness to learn and grow in a retail management role
