Amador Management is Hiring an Event Manager/Coordinator Near Coral, FL

The Event Manager Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the success of special events across our properties. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for handling all guest requests, creating event proposals, coordinating vendors, maintaining client communication, and troubleshooting issues during events. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to network and identify future sales opportunities, manage event budgets, and contribute to the growth of the company Food Halls by sourcing new vendors and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities:

· Answer and process all guest requests for special events across group properties.

· Create event proposals that meet client needs and align with group standards.

· Schedule vendors for upcoming events and coordinate with our vendors and/or bar staff.

· Maintain ongoing communication with clients to keep them updated on any changes or developments regarding their events.

· Act as the main point of contact for troubleshooting and problem-solving during events.

· Network and create future sales opportunities at events.

· Handle day-to-day administrative tasks such as issuing invoices, collecting payments, and maintaining event records.

· Coordinate multiple events simultaneously while ensuring each one runs smoothly.

· Work flexible shifts and schedules, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.

· Manage event budgets effectively to ensure profitability and cost control.

· Identify and source new vendors/restaurants for the company Food Halls.

· Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality events.

· Exceptional soft skills including empathy, active listening, critical thinking, and diplomacy.

· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and management.

Qualifications:

· Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience as an Event Coordinator.

· Bachelor’s degree in public relations, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.

· Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

· Experience working in high-volume restaurants or similar settings is desirable.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

· Fluency in English and Spanish.

Additional Information:

· This role may require occasional commuting between the groups properties.

· Candidates with a portfolio showcasing successful event coordination experience will be given preference.

Pay: $50,000.00 per year
