Amada Senior Care Tampa Bay is seeking a qualified and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to perform face to face initial and ongoing Nurse Assessments per state of Florida license requirements and/or for Long-Term Care Insurance Assessments. These assessments will require you to obtain client demographics, physician information, and a complete list of medications. You will also be required to evaluate ADL and IADL needs. Additionally, you will help to create client care plans, complete quality visits with our clients, and even participate in training our caregivers.

Qualifications

· Valid and active RN license in Florida.

· Proven experience in conducting thorough assessments and developing care plans.

· Knowledge of regulations and compliance standards in non-medical home care.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support caregivers.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

· Empathetic, patient-centered approach to care delivery.

· Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

· Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

· Knowledge of Long-Term Care Insurance (LTCI) assessments is a plus.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys having flexibility in their schedule. Part time, per diem, W2 employee who has experience in Home Health Care and would like to earn a little extra money.
