We are currently seeking compassionate and experienced CNA / HHA Caregivers to join our team in the Kissimmee area .

This is an urgent hire and we are looking for qualified candidates to start as soon as possible.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• $17- $22 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide non-medical personal assistance to clients in their homes
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Monitor and assist with medication reminders and appointments
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry tasks
• Document care provided and communicate with care team as needed
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal regulations

REQUIREMENTS

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 3 years of caregiving experience in a home care setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and follow a care plan
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Must pass a background check
• CPR and First Aid certification required
