HOME HEALTH CARE AIDE REQUIREMENTS:

• New Jersey Home Health Aide License.
• Two verifiable professional references.
• Current Medical documents – valid physical examination within the last year, proof of MMR vaccine, and TB test.
• Valid Driver's License, RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION, and proof of insurance.
• Must exhibit reliability, responsible and caring behavior.
• Proficiency in English is a must
